Warranty Terms and Conditions

At LSOLINK, we maintain strict quality control at every stage of production, from raw material selection to final manufacturing, to ensure the reliability and performance of every product. We also offer a comprehensive warranty policy (excluding damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or misuse):

Within 1 year of receipt: We provide free repair services. LSOLINK will cover both the return shipping and the reshipping costs.

From 1 to 3 years of receipt: Free repair service is still available. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while LSOLINK will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to you.

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and the correct return address.
