Return

Most products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, with no reason required.

If you received the wrong product or the product arrived damaged, LSOLINK will cover all return shipping costs and taxes. You may also request a full refund in such cases.

If the return is not due to the error of LSOLINK, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and taxes. Additionally, for cancellations in such cases, we may deduct basic processing fees (including original shipping and the handling fee, total approximately 3%–15% of the order).

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned products and confirm they are in good condition. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Exchange

Most products are eligible for exchange within 60 days of receipt.

If you need to exchange a product due to an issue caused by LSOLINK, we will cover both the return shipping and tax costs, and we will ship the replacement product to you for free.

If the product has no issues and you wish to exchange it for another product, you are responsible for both the return shipping and tax, as well as the shipping cost and tax for the replacement item.

If the replacement products are in stock, they will be shipped within 2 business days after we receive the returned products and confirm they are in good condition. If they are out of stock, your account manager will notify you once they become available.

Repair

Most products are eligible for free repair service within 3 years of receipt. For more details, please refer to our Warranty Policy at the bottom of our website.

Notice

  • MTP cables and customized fiber optic cables are non-returnable.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not covered by return, refund, exchange, or repair policies.
  • Returned products must be in original condition with intact packaging to qualify for refund, exchange, or warranty service.
  • Unauthorized or unapproved returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • If a package is refused by the buyer or delayed due to incomplete customs clearance, we will work with you to find a suitable solution based on the situation.
  • Once your return or exchange request is confirmed, we will provide the return address and full instructions via email.
