Features

The NDR-Q112-SR4 is a 400G InfiniBand NDR optical transceiver engineered for ultra-high-bandwidth, low-latency interconnects in AI/ML supercomputing clusters and hyperscale data centers. Leveraging QSFP112 encapsulation and 4×100G-PAM4 modulation, it delivers 400Gb/s throughput over OM4/OM5 multimode fiber via an MPO-12/APC interface, achieving distances up to 50m with <5ns latency. This module integrates VCSEL-based optics and advanced DSP, supporting dual operational modes: 400G full-bandwidth (4×100G channels) or 2×200G breakout configurations for flexible spine-leaf topologies. Its 8.5W max power consumption and backward compatibility with HDR/EDR ecosystems enable seamless integration into Quantum-2 InfiniBand switches and BlueField-3 DPU-based systems.
