Features

The 800G-OSFP-2DR4 is a high-performance, cost-effective optical transceiver module designed for 800G Ethernet applications in data communication networks. Compliant with the OSFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), this module is optimized for deployment in switches, routers, and high-density data center environments, supporting optical links of up to 500 meters over multimode fiber. The 800G-OSFP-2DR4 converts 8-channel electrical input signals (each operating at 106.25 Gb/s) into 8-channel parallel 106.25 Gb/s optical signals using advanced PAM4 modulation technology. Conversely, on the receiver side, it translates 8-channel 106.25 Gb/s optical inputs back into 8-channel electrical outputs, ensuring seamless bidirectional data transmission with an aggregate bandwidth of 800 Gbps.
