Estimated delivery times are generally between 5 to 7 business days; however, actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s local courier services and customs clearance processes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for most of our products, excluding cables. The shipping cost for cables varies depending on the destination and product model, and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Custom Duty and Clearance
Customs documentation and clearance procedures are generally handled by the courier company. However, in certain cases, they may need to contact you to confirm shipment details. Please note that any import taxes, duties, or VAT incurred upon arrival in the destination country are not covered by LSOLINK and are the responsibility of the customer.
