Every fiber optic transceiver is thoroughly tested by the LSOLINK Assurance Program, which is equipped with the world’s most advanced analytical equipment to ensure that our transceivers meet the industry’s international public protocol standards while still functioning flawlessly in your facility.

Eye Pattern Test: A high-speed oscilloscope is used to capture the optical signal output from a transceiver to form an eye diagram. It is used to assess the quality of the transceiver signal and determine the quality of the signal.

High and Low Temperature Test: The transceiver was placed in a high and low temperature control box to evaluate the signal quality of the transceiver and the degree to which the transceiver device was subjected to stress at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.

Aging Test: The transceiver is subjected to high and low temperature cycling environments (-40°C to +85°C) for more than 72 hours of continuous power-on operation to screen for early failure modules through accelerated aging and improve product reliability.

BER Test: A pseudo-random code pattern is sent using a bit error recorder (BERT), transmitted and received through a transceiver to quantify the accuracy of the transmission of the optical module at a certain bit error rate.

Hardware Compatibility Test: Install the transceiver on the switch, router, server, and NIC device in real time: 1. Ensure that the transceiver can be installed or uninstalled smoothly. 2. Verify that the transceiver is compatible with different brands of devices and fiber optic patch cords. 3. Verify that the transceiver restores the link connection normally after the device is rebooted.

Software Compatibility Test: Check if the transceiver can be recognised properly by each brand of switch, NIC, server, and that no error logs are popping up from the switch. The transceiver information recognised by the device is consistent with the transceiver label description.

Stability Test: To test the transceiver’s ability to transmit at full speed for 7*24 hours using a multi-protocol network traffic analyser and various brands of switches. To ensure that the transceiver will not have problems such as link interruptions, link flap, and rate degradation in a long time working environment.

We use advanced quality management solutions. The four-fold quality firewall system (self-inspection-IPQC-OQC-OBA) effectively eliminates the flow of bad products into the market.

Visual inspection: 100% visual inspection of transceivers by production employees.

Microscopic examination: Using a 20x and 200x microscope, respectively, examine the electronics on the transceiver.

IPQC: During the production process, semi-finished products of important processes are fully IPQC inspected to ensure that there are no potential abnormalities in the transceiver production process.

OQC: OQC inspects the transceivers after production before they are sent to the warehouse and freezes the entire batch if abnormalities are found to ensure that the abnormal products do not reach the market.

OBA: For the products ordered by customers, OBA inspection is carried out on the products after relevant functional tests and product packaging to ensure that the products are in line with the customer’s requirements.
